Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Customer Service Associate to support a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help stock and restore merchandise while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
