Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Minnesota to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment. You will be cross-trained to cover cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, good math skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers at the front end and operate the cash register when needed.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store areas and restrooms.
• Ensure safe, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Protect cash and company assets while performing assigned duties.
