Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, restock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time hours are available at our Cave City, AR location, with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
