Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Flowood, MS to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

You will interact with customers, stock and organize merchandise, and support multiple departments as needed. The role offers flexible schedules and access to health insurance, tuition assistance, a 401(k) match, and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing/sitting and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
