Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Keyser, West Virginia. The role focuses on helping customers, handling transactions, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The position is part-time and requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. You will work on a cash register, assist with merchandise replenishment, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, and ensure neat presentation.
