Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

This part-time role requires good communication, reliability, and basic math. Located in Pleasant Valley, West Virginia, training is provided and opportunities exist within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
