Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. You will unload merchandise and assist with stock replenishment while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.

• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery; keep store presentable.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks per productivity standards.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
