Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, stocked store daily.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and friendly interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting actions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
