Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock, properly merchandised store and complete returns/go backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with others; promote the organization’s vision and values.
