Job summary

Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Real Estate Representative in Phoenix, AZ to support strategic retail growth initiatives across multiple markets. This position requires over 5 years in commercial shopping center real estate, an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License, and strong skills in deal management and LOI drafting. You'll engage with senior leadership, manage deal pipelines, and represent the company at industry events. Option for remote work available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial shopping center real estate.
• Active ICSC membership required.
• Strong LOI drafting and negotiation experience.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and evaluate new retail site opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs).
• Track and manage deal pipeline across multiple markets.
• Present strategic recommendations and deal updates to senior leadership.
