Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking an experienced Manager, Retail CPFR to lead end-to-end replenishment for core retail accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will own VMI, forecast support, and inventory flow, coordinating with Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to align supply with demand.

The role requires hands-on experience with retail customer systems, strong analytical abilities in Excel, and excellent communication to drive service-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of replenishment, inventory or supply chain experience with retail accounts.
• Experience using Retail Customers’ Vendor Portal systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and relationship-management skills; able to present to retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end replenishment process including VMI and forecast support for select categories.
• Maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales through daily replenishment activities.
• Monitor item performance and adjust replenishment strategies for seasonal events and promotions.
• Report metrics such as in-stock, fill rate, outs, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues with supply chain partners and plan for continuous improvement.
• Lead weekly/monthly reviews with customer counterparts on performance and plans.
• Maintain replenishment parameters (safety stock, lead times, min/max) in customer systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations.
