Job summary

Highline Warren in Memphis is seeking an experienced Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Manager to lead inventory and replenishment for our Retail business. This role owns end-to-end replenishment strategy and execution for key accounts, ensuring in-stock levels, accurate forecasting, and smooth collaboration with customers and internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
  • 7+ years in replenishment, inventory, or supply chain roles with retail accounts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with experience presenting to retail partners.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end replenishment, including VMI, order analysis, fulfillment, and forecast support for select categories across DCs and stores.
  • Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales.
  • Monitor item performance and implement replenishment strategies for seasonal events, planogram changes, and promotions.
  • Report key metrics: in stock/out of stock, fill rate, outs, missed opportunities, on-time delivery.
  • Identify and research out-of-stock issues with supply chain partners and develop back-in-stock dates and corrective actions.
  • Drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions.
  • Analyze POS data and inventory metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for forecasting improvements.
  • Collaborate with retail buyers, replenishment analysts, and supply chain contacts on promotions and demand shifts.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to align supply and demand.
  • Partner with Demand Planners to provide forecasts and insights reflecting customer needs.
  • Lead weekly/monthly reviews with customer counterparts on performance and improvement plans.
  • Maintain and optimize replenishment parameters (safety stock, lead times, min/max) in customer systems.
  • Support new item setup, DC/store distribution planning, and calendar-aligned resets.
  • Track and report KPIs including in-stock %, OTIF, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.

We are seeking an experienced Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Manager to lead inventory and replenishment for our Retail business. This role owns end-to-end replenishment strategy and execution for key accounts, ensuring optimal in-stock levels, forecasting support, efficient inventory flow, and strong collaboration with the customers and internal cross-functional teams.

This role combines operational expertise with exceptional customer service, requiring someone who is adept at managing complex inventory workflows and resolving issues related to product availability. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with retail customer systems and a track record of driving service‑level improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end replenishment process, including vendor managed inventory (VMI), order analysis, fulfillment, and forecast support for select categories across DCs and stores
  • Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales
  • Monitor item performance and execute replenishment strategies to support seasonal events, planogram transitions, and promotions
  • Report critical metrics (in stock/out of stock, fill rate, outs, missed opportunities, and on-time delivery)
  • Identify and research out-of-stock issues with supply chain partners to provide back in stock dates and action plans to correct and prevent in the future
  • Drive root‑cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions
  • Analyze POS data, and inventory metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in forecasting
  • Partner with retail buyers, replenishment analysts, and supply chain contacts to align on promotions, seasonal builds, new item launches, and demand shifts
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to ensure supply meets demand
  • Partner with Demand Planners to provide customer forecasts and insights to ensure customer needs are understood and incorporated into demand planning processes
  • Lead weekly/monthly reviews with customer counterparts on performance and improvement plans
  • Maintain and optimize replenishment parameters (safety stock, lead times, min/max levels) within customers’ systems
  • Support new item setup, DC/store distribution planning, and resets in coordination with the merchandising calendars
  • Track and report KPIs including in-stock %, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and chargeback trends
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in replenishment processes and implement best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory or supply chain roles, with direct experience managing retail accounts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills, with experience presenting to retail partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
