Job summary

highlineaftermarket seeks a Manager, Retail CPFR to lead replenishment for Retail accounts in the US, owning inventory strategy and execution to ensure in-stock levels and accurate forecasting.

You will collaborate with buyers, demand planning, logistics and sales to manage VMI, promotions, seasonal transitions, and performance metrics, driving improvements in OTIF and forecast accuracy. The role demands strong analytical ability and hands-on retail systems experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of replenishment/inventory or supply chain experience
• Experience with Retail Customer Vendor Portal systems
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end replenishment process, including VMI, order analysis, fulfillment, and forecast support for select categories across DCs and stores.
• Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales.
• Monitor item performance and execute replenishment strategies for seasonal events, planogram transitions, and promotions.
• Report on KPIs such as in-stock, OTIF, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align promotions, launches, and demand shifts.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and disruptions and implement corrective actions.
