Job summary

High Line Aftermarket in Bentonville, AR seeks an experienced CPFR Manager to own Walmart replenishment strategy and execution, ensuring strong in-stock levels and seamless collaboration with Walmart and internal teams.

You will lead end-to-end replenishment activities, monitor metrics like in-stock and OTIF, and drive improvements across demand planning, sales, and logistics to support promotions and new item launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of replenishment, inventory, or supply chain experience with Walmart account.
• Experience using Walmart’s Scintilla or Retail Link systems.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Walmart's seasonal planning calendar and modular resets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Walmart replenishment, including inventory management, orders, and forecasting.
• Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales.
• Monitor item performance and adjust replenishment for promotions and events.
• Track metrics: in stock, OTIF, fill rate, on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues with supply chain partners.
• Lead root-cause analysis for inventory variances and disruptions.
• Analyze POS data and inventory metrics to spot trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Walmart buyers, replenishment analysts, and supply chain contacts on promotions and launches.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Coordinate with Demand Planners to incorporate Walmart needs into forecasts.
• Participate in weekly/monthly Walmart reviews and improvement plans.
• Maintain replenishment parameters (safety stock, lead times, min/max) in Walmart systems.
• Support new item setup, DC/store distribution, and modular resets with Walmart calendar.
• Track KPIs: in-stock %, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, chargebacks.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in replenishment processes.
