Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver new store openings, remodels, relocations, and capital improvement projects across assigned regions.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts, review drawings with architects and engineers, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and brand standards while turning around stores on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, building construction, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience managing TI projects and fast-track construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver store openings, remodels, relocations, and capital improvements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Review drawings, coordinate with architects/engineers, ensure design compliance with standards.
• Lead contractor bidding, negotiation, contracts, and payments; monitor progress and safety.
• Ensure timely turnover, punch list completion, and project closeout.
