Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Projects and Bluebeam and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion within time and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and effective communication.
• Monitor finances, provide cost forecasts, and ensure quality control.
