Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager for Retail Construction in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on delivering complex retail projects for a financial services client, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining quality within time and budget constraints.

You will plan, monitor, and report on project progress, manage budgets and risks, and lead a team to ensure successful outcomes across global and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with MS Projects and Bluebeam for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication across teams and clients.
• Leading and motivating project teams to achieve high performance.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and mitigating risks.
• Managing budgets, cost forecasts, and quality control.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
