Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead Capital & Expense projects. You will coordinate General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and authorities from permitting to project completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management; 5–7 years in construction management; travel up to 50%; and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is required.
• 5–7 years of Construction Management experience preferred; Retail and/or Petroleum Construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; detail-oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and engineered drawings for accuracy and conformance to standards; document and correct as needed.
• Expedite permits by researching requirements and coordinating application processes and releases.
• Coordinate all utility requirements and related paperwork for each project.
• Manage construction schedules, ensure quality of work per plans, and control costs within budgets.
• Supervise and review work by General Contractors, review change orders, and assist in preparing take-off/equipment lists.
