Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee capital and expense projects, coordinating with general contractors, architects, engineers, and authorities from permitting through project completion. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction management, 5 years in construction management, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years in Construction Management.
• Preferred 7 years Retail and/or Petroleum Construction Management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or other project management designation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Review Architectural and Engineered drawings for accuracy and conformance; document and recommend corrections.
• Expedite permits; secure building, trade, and construction permits and track releases.
• Coordinate utility requirements and paperwork for each project.
• Ensure schedules, quality of work, and costs stay within budgets.
• Supervise GCs, review/change orders, and assist in taking off equipment lists.
