Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects and budgets to ensure on-time completion
• Retain and manage architects, engineers, and general contractors
• Oversee construction documents and coordinate with departments (Purchasing, MIS, Accounting)
• Coordinate design, scope, and schedule with store operations and obtain approvals
• Establish timetables, generate budgets for remodels and expansions, and solicit bids
• Visit job sites as needed and track costs for regular status reports
