Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead refrigeration modernization projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.

You will manage project plans, coordinate resources, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years of refrigeration construction experience, EPA certification, and proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refrigeration construction experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Universal EPA certification required.
• MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency required.
• Gantt scheduling experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change-order management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of modernization projects meeting quality, schedule, and cost.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and modernization customers.
• Own the modernization pipeline and backlog.
