Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of project management experience in real estate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of PM principles and real estate construction processes.
• Ability to travel for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: assist the project manager in oversight of development, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Stakeholder management: communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Risk assessment: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contract administration: support reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors.
• Project documentation: maintain plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Financial management: monitor financial performance and budgets.
• Team support: coordinate meetings and assist with project tasks with coordinators and vendors.
• Project management: opportunities to manage small works projects.
