You will act as a brand ambassador, learn our product line, and work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• For some locations, travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Serve as a store product expert, staying up-to-date with offerings and trends.
• Assist with billing questions, payments, and service issues; troubleshoot when needed.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
