Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
Some locations may require travel to other stores within 35 miles; details discussed at interview.
Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Full-time availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Build connections with customers and guide them to the right products and services.
