Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for our Derby, NY store. You will help with daily operations, merchandising, and assisting customers with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You will support cash register operations, maintain a clean, inviting environment, and be cross-trained to assist with front-end duties as needed. Emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive store experience for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsabilités

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
