Dollar Tree, Inc. in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, including merchandising and supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment, safety, and positive interactions with customers and team members. Part-time hours and on-site work at the 238 Hooker Ave location are involved.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement and standing

Mansioni

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms
• Maintaining positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned
