Job summary

Kith is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Associate for the West Hollywood store. You will act as the customer’s concierge, greeting customers, handling cashier duties, and supporting operations and visuals teams to uphold the in-store experience.

You will work under the Manager on duty and adapt to changing business needs with effective communication. Responsibilities include assisting customers, supporting Client Advisors, processing transactions, and maintaining visual standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position.
• 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required.
• 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients receive genuine and efficient service.
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling, returns and Mobile POS transactions.
• Maintain visual standards and support store operations and merchandising.
• Communicate with management on projects, tasks and store priorities.
• Assist in both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
