This role thrives on teamwork and adaptability. Under the Manager on duty, you’ll support brand standards, replenish the floor, collaborate with Client Advisors, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a retail sales position.
• 1+ year in customer service preferred.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.
• Open & flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support Client Advisors to ensure genuine and efficient service during and after store experiences.
• Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling, returns, and Mobile POS transactions.
• Maintain brand visual standards and assist with stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Communicate sell-through and ensure product availability; support housekeeping and store operations.
