Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Retail Compliance and QC Analyst to establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality control processes. The role includes ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining RCSA, KRIs, and KPIs to identify risks.

You will work with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams to guide policy implementation and testing. The candidate will support testing of new policy releases on the Deposit Origination platform, coach staff on QC

Qualifications

Expert level knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance and related laws.
Strong ability to monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable controls.
Experience with risk assessment frameworks and control testing.
Ability to develop training materials and deliver training sessions.

Responsibilities

Monitor the impact of new regulations or changes to existing regulations and general compliance issues.
Oversee and coordinate efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Establish and maintain RCSA, KRIs, and KPIs to assess performance and identify risk.
Test and document policy changes on the Deposit Origination platform.
Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams.
