Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance and related laws.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with several years in compliance.
• Banking compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality control processes.
• Track and interpret federal, state, and local regulations affecting Retail.
• Develop operating procedures and first line of defense controls.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams.
• Perform re-tests after internal or external audits.
• Provide guidance to retail staff on regulatory topics.
• Test and document policy releases on deposit origination.
• Prepare monthly management reports and communicate findings.
