Framebridge is seeking a Coordinator, Retail Communications to translate complex corporate directives into clear, actionable messages for store teams. You will own the day-to-day execution of our retail communication strategy—from drafting daily messages in Zipline to managing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience in communications/operations/store support.
• Organized, proactive writer who analyzes engagement data and feedback.
• Strong time-management and deadline-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with brand-consistent communications.

Responsibilities

• Build clear, relevant, and engaging content for store-facing communications aligned with brand tone and values.
• Translate complex corporate directives into easy-to-follow guidance for store teams.
• Upload and schedule communications, tasks, and resources using Zipline; maintain documentation and version control within the platform.
• Monitor task completion rates and engagement analytics through Zipline dashboards; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Build Retail's monthly newsletter and develop quarterly communications calendars.
• Maintain Communications statuses and dates in Asana trackers; monitor Slack channels for urgent communications needs.
• Provide in-store support for events, campaigns, launches and activations.
