Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Coordinator, Retail Processes and Support to ensure smooth operation of our retail stores, manage store logistics, create SOPs, and liaise between stores and HQ. The role reports to the Director, Retail Processes and Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in retail, strong systems knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to surface improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Local to a store location.
• Analytical and data-driven with curiosity about performance trends.
• Understand how systems intersect and affect outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Able to adapt and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store and district compliance across KPI measures, customer satisfaction, and productivity; surface trends and opportunities.
• Serve as administrator for store systems; understand connections and changes.
• Act as liaison between stores and HQ; support field requests via DMs, Slack, email, or surveys.
• Monitor task/compliance completion; generate and share reports with field leadership.
• Coordinate with factory logistics to support shuttle schedules, supplies, and inventory movement.
• Execute internal processes like store hours updates and monthly operational trackers.
• Assist with creation and upkeep of Store Policies and Procedures.
