Job summary

First Commerce Credit Union is seeking a Retail Coach to support and develop our frontline retail team across multiple branches in Georgia. You will mentor, train, and reinforce service standards to build confidence and consistency in daily operations.

As a key partner to Retail Leadership, you will provide hands-on coaching, onboarding support, and guidance on teller operations, lending processes, and digital banking tools, while traveling among centers within the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with sales and service experience.
• Experience in loan origination and mortgage products is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured coaching to frontline team members.
• Onboard new hires and reinforce service standards.
• Reinforce teller operations and loan origination procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and travel among centers in the market.
