The role focuses on developing others, guiding operations, and improving processes while traveling between assigned financial centers within the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a financial organization selling and servicing members or customers.
• 3+ years loan origination experience, including mortgage products and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and onboarding support to retail teammates.
• Reinforce Service Standards and banking policies across branches.
• Support new hires with knowledge, skills, and independence for success.
• Coach on teller operations, consumer loans, and digital banking processes.
• Observe operations and reinforce consistent execution of procedures.
