Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months teller experience in a bank or credit union or 1 year of cash-handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Good communication skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist members with account updates and product recommendations.
• Protect member information and stay compliant with regulations.
• Maintain high service standards and support team goals.
