Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Slidell, LA is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, lead a dedicated team, and ensure a positive associate and customer experience. You will oversee merchandising, development of associates, customer service, and financial oversight to meet goals.

Key requirements include 2+ years in retail management, flexibility to work various shifts, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service and care behaviors in interactions with associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed.
