Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Co Team Leader to lead the sales floor and receiving area, building a passionate team focused on selling merchandise and delivering a great associate and customer experience.

You will manage payroll budgets and expenses, supervise scheduling, merchandising, and inventory processes, and drive talent development to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, holidays on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets and store expenses.
• Provide exceptional Associate and Customer service following Ollie's Yes I Care, Yes I Can behaviors.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
