Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, driving merchandise presentation and delivering a superior associate and customer experience.

You will lead a team, manage payroll budgets, and ensure financial and operational goals are met. The role requires 2+ years of retail management, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Demonstrates Ollie's customer service and associate development behaviors, ensuring company standards in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform any additional duties as assigned.
