Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Co Team Leader in Lake Charles, LA, to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a team passionate about selling merchandise and delivering a strong associate and customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, training and development, scheduling, and ensuring company standards. This role requires at least 2 years of retail management and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience at a mid to large retailer.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets and store financial reports.
• Lead merchandising, associate development, and customer service.
• Ensure store standards and seasonal transitions are executed.
• Schedule and staffing to meet business needs.
• Open/close store and perform additional duties as required.
