Ollie’s in Elkin, NC is seeking a results-driven Co Team Leader to drive sales floor operations and the receiving area. You’ll lead a passionate team, oversee merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight to deliver strong results.

The role requires retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a commitment to Ollie’s core values. You’ll work with a supportive team to create an exceptional shopper experience and grow store success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors in interactions with associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
