The role focuses on merchandising, staff development, customer service, and financial oversight, with accountability for payroll, expenses, and store performance. Leadership demands adaptability and a passion for operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Demonstrates Ollie's customer-service behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures company standards are demonstrated in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional duties as assigned.
