Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area.
• Assist with managing payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking.
• Ensure store standards and inventory processes meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
