Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. You will oversee merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight to drive strong store performance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' retail management experience at a mid to large retailer, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Ollie’s offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience at a mid to large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s behavior in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures company standards in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
