Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Oklahoma City seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates, drive sales and maintain product presentation. You will coordinate staffing, training and scheduling while promoting a legendary customer experience.

Leading by example, you will stay current on products, assist with events, and ensure pricing and UPC integrity. This role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years retail experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales, supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to coordinate staff, training and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of associates in the department.
• Assist in achieving department sales, margins, and payroll goals.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and plan-o-grams.
• Staff the department, interview and help select service-oriented staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations.
