Job summary

The Little Clinic at Kroger in Indiana is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a retail clinic setting. You will build relationships with patients and store staff, maintain clinic operations, and participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• MSN as Family Nurse Practitioner or BA as Physician Assistant with required supervision hours in OH
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
• Active license and board certification (AANP/ANCC) and state credentials
• Current driver’s license and ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Maintain safety and quality healthcare environment
• Ensure clinic hours are kept and operations run smoothly
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and drive clinic utilization
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and testing
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems
• Support mentor program and ongoing education
• Travel to designated clinics if float is required
• Conduct community outreach and maintain a professional appearance

Education

MSN/FNP or PA degree with 500 hours supervision (OH)
