Job summary

The Little Clinic in Indiana seeks a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to deliver high-quality care in our retail clinics. You will collaborate with regional management, maintain patient satisfaction, and participate in community outreach while upholding HIPAA and clinic standards.

Eligible candidates have at least 1 year of healthcare experience, an active license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner or BSc as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with state credentials.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license with AANP or ANCC certification.
• Board certified FNP-C or PA-C.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong confidentiality, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance.
• Maintain safety and HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Ensure clinic hours are kept and staffing coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC in the community.
