The Little Clinic, a Kroger health care partner, seeks an experienced clinician to deliver high-quality care in a retail clinic setting. You will build relationships with patients, store staff, and the health care community to improve continuity of care and satisfy patients.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, participating in quality assurance, managing inventory, and supporting regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with state credentials.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare.
• Active license and board certification (AANP/ANCC for FNP or PA-C) and all necessary state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while maintaining productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain safety and quality-based healthcare environment; ensure clinic hours are kept.
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and community outreach.
• Manage clinic inventory and ensure cost-effective operations.
