The Little Clinic in Indiana is seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high quality care within our retail clinic network. You will treat patients, uphold HIPAA standards, and collaborate with an integrated team to support accessibility and continuity of care.

In this role you’ll cover clinic operations, participate in quality initiatives, mentor staff, and engage with the local community to promote health and wellness while maintaining the company’s values

Qualifications

• MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner or PA credential.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C).
• Valid driver's license and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain a safe, quality-based healthcare environment.
• Ensure clinic remains open for scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with regional management on community outreach.
