Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Active license, AANP or ANCC certification and state credentials
• Board certified FNP-C or PA-C, where eligible
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Desired experience with clinical procedures
• Experience with electronic health record charting systems
• Retail health, emergency health, or critical care experience
• Leadership, coaching and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of medical care to patients while maintaining all company metrics for productivity
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings with other health practitioners as required
• Ensure a safety and quality-based healthcare environment is maintained
• Ensure the clinic remains open for all scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management to promote The Little Clinic and increase clinic utilization
• Respond to regional management to correct issues noted in customer experience surveys
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to maintain cost-effective operations
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA-waived testing as scheduled
• Use company information systems in HIPAA-compliant manner
• Support mentor program by being a resource and role model
• Keep clinical knowledge current by attending ongoing education in retail/family practice
• Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Maintain community presence through nursing organizations and outreach
• Present a neat, well-groomed image per dress code
• Participate in other operational duties as assigned by regional management
• Float: travel to designated clinics within geographic area
