Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operating, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may work in multiple store areas.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures and standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs; follow safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
